The Prem Valley Mindfulness Meditation or Reiki Experience

Each session is an invitation to pause the noise of daily life and give yourself permission to rest, breathe, and listen, without pressure, expectation, or agenda.

Whether you choose a Reiki session, Mindfulness Meditation Coaching, or a combination of both, the focus is always on creating a space that supports your well-being physically, emotionally, and energetically.

You’ll step into a calm environment designed with care for both body and spirit. The room is softly lit, the massage table is cushioned and covered with a light blanket, and gentle music plays in the background. A subtle touch of essential oils may be used to enhance the atmosphere, only if you wish.

Reiki sessions can be offered with light touch or no touch at all, always according to your comfort. Mindfulness sessions introduce simple, personalized approaches to meditation based on your needs and interests. Some clients have explored topics like mindful eating, stress reduction, or working with chronic pain. Together, we create a plan that supports your goals in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Your comfort and preferences guide how our time unfolds. Some people seek deep rest and relaxation. Others are looking for clarity, emotional support, or practical tools for managing daily challenges. Many are simply curious about what it feels like to slow down and be present.

However you arrive, the intention is the same: to offer a peaceful and respectful space where you can unwind, feel seen, and leave feeling more connected both within yourself and with the world around you.

Introductory reiki rate: $65 per one-hour session (for the month of October). Either in-person or distance session.

Mindfulness-based 1:1 Meditation Coaching: $65/hr. Either in-person or distance session.
