What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also supports healing. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei, meaning “universal life,” and Ki, meaning “energy.”
This practice works by encouraging balance and harmony within your body, mind, and spirit, supporting the body’s natural ability to rest, heal, and support itself.
Whatever your experience or understanding of Reiki may be, the heart of what we offer at Prem Valley is simple: a calm space to rest, reflect, and receive personalized care in a warm and compassionate setting.
There are no elaborate rituals or expectations here. Each session is shaped by your needs and intentions. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or simply some quiet time to reset, Reiki offers a gentle way to feel supported without needing to explain or achieve anything. Your presence is enough, and your well-being is the focus.

What is Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a practice that helps you gently return your attention to the present moment, one breath, one thought, one feeling at a time, without judgement. With regular practice, it can ease stress, reduce physical discomfort, and bring a deeper sense of clarity and calm to your day.
Rather than trying to fix or change anything, mindfulness invites you to gently notice what’s here, your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, just as they are, with kindness and curiosity. With regular practice, it can help relieve pain, ease emotional stress, and bring a greater sense of calm and clarity.
Mindfulness also helps us relate more gently to the world around us. As we learn to meet ourselves with compassion, we naturally begin to extend that same care to others. In a time when the world could use more understanding and connection, mindfulness offers a steady and meaningful way to begin.

At Prem Valley Mindfulness, each session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and receive the kind of care we often extend to others but forget to give ourselves. Whether it’s your first experience with Mindfulness Meditation or Reiki, or you return regularly, my intention is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Modern life can leave us feeling depleted, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Stress, illness, and daily pressures often show up in the body long before we notice them. Prem Valley Mindfulness offers a gentle way to help you support your nervous system and help your body shift out of stress mode and into rest and repair.
There’s nothing you need to do during a session but lie back, relax, and let your body, mind and spirit receive the calm it may be quietly seeking.
